I am writing this complaint letter for various reasons i first want to start this letter with ALL the things that the office staff are illegally doing to and with the tenantsn1 elevators service has been expired since july 2020n2 elevator never works I am writing this complaint letter for various reasons i first want to start this letter with ALL the things that the office staff are illegally doing to and with the tenantsn1 elevators service has been expired since july 2020n2 elevator never works the office staff knows it is illegal to not have an elevator running in a four story building with elderly people living on all floors and it can go up to three weeks with it being out of servicen3 the office manager Yisel knocks on tenants doors unannounced to give a personal verbal message and without a face mask during the covid 19 pandemicn4 Yisel also gives special treatment to certain tenants that she knows personally she gives them special treatment in moving from one apartment to another without making them wait on the waiting list i asked her about downsizing to a smaller apt a while ago and she told me i had to go to the bottom of the waiting list even though ive been living here for over 20 years yet the tenants she knows personally can move from one apartment to another whenever they please there is a few families that have done this is the past two years and there is other tenants who have seen this and can prove this statementn5 Yisel is a very aggressive individual when she speaks to the tenants Even when its a first time violation she will come to your door unmasked with a very bad attitude and threatens you that she wont renew your lease if you violate the rules i do agree and understand the message she sent but it is very unprofessional of her to threaten a tenant over a first time violation with attitude especially during a pandemic She isnt the owner of the building and should act accordingly to her job title She is the manager of the building not the tenants and she should speak to the tenants with RESPECT about the situation that is at hand we are not barbarians to be spoken to like if we were animalsn6Yisel is the type of manager that will tell you you cannot enter through the exit route of the complex but when shes driving her luxury car the rules dont apply to her she enters through the exit ALL the time and SPEEDINGn7 This building always shuts off your water whenever they are doing maintenance without ANY NOTICE it can go for hours on end and there will be no warning signs in the building or personal notes at the door we have literally been showering and mid shower the water turns off for hoursn8 the staff in viscaya villas havent let anyone in the office to reload their laundry card we have no access to reload our cards therefore we have to take our laundry to an outside facility which means we arent using everything this buildings offers included in the rent more ... hide ...

Good place safe but old to old the building the elevators everything but very clean
