People without decals are taking up spots in the parking garage, leaving residents with no place to park except on the street or near elevators and still receiving violations. Olga and Crystal are targeting particular inhabitants even though there is no assigned parking in the garage; Crystal has two spots with one car unable to move due to a flat tire - violating Protocol. Francisco on the 8th floor has stolen packages yet hasn't received any repercussions. He's also been seen performing voodoo and witchcraft rituals on other occupants, going as far as pouring wax on their back windshields at night! This establishment needs new Management urgently! more ... hide ...

It is a nice apartment building with inside parking garage gym and a party room and a very nice terrace to just appreciate the view
