You will only find out a month later when your credit score drops by 50-45 points that they did a hard pull. This is wrong and unfair. Furthermore, they deny applicants for reasons unrelated to rental payment history or evictions. They are simply looking to make a profit on the application fee. For instance, my rejection was due to a $287 charge off, which has nothing to do with my background as a tenant. My rental payment history is excellent and my credit score was 680 before the hard credit inquiry. Now, I am in the mid-600s because of this company's lack of transparency. If you have a challenging credit score, do not apply as you will be wasting your time, damaging your credit score, and losing your money. more ... hide ...

I will give you my honest opinion This complex is ghetto with loud music playing in the parking lot mechanic work in the parking lot on weekends Robbery happened in the parking lot too Neighbors smoke even tho its a smoke free community The reason t I will give you my honest opinion This complex is ghetto with loud music playing in the parking lot mechanic work in the parking lot on weekends Robbery happened in the parking lot too Neighbors smoke even tho its a smoke free community The reason the complex hasnt fallen apart is because of the great manager and maintenance crew cleaning up after dirty residents They sure work hard to make the place better You will need exterminator service every week or the roaches will come out They raise your rent for 200 more which in a way I wish the apartment would be pricey so they can get these bad residents out The entire complex has potential if they got rid of the ghetto added a real security staff to patrol If you are a decent person that likes quiet nice place with considerate clean people look for something else or use this as a short term option The neighborhood is boring unsafe and far out west full of chain restaurants and problems more ... hide ...

It is disheartening that this community shows no consideration for seniors. Today, my dad and I went to the office and stated that, due to the increase, they would be vacating on October 31, 2021. The person helping us said they would accept it as a 60 day notice, since we paid for the full month of September and would pay to stay until October 31. However, now they claimed we have to pay an additional 7 days for giving notice today. I would not suggest this place to anybody; they don't show concern for their residents, are not willing to cooperate, and increase rent unexpectedly, affecting seniors' livelihoods. If they expressed care and had a smidgen of consideration for the effects on seniors, they would respect the 60 day notice and not demand an extra 7 day rent when they're leaving on October 31.
