2019-07-30T15:12:48ZThis doesnt give you a option for NO STARS I can possibly write a book of complaints issues and Management issues But 1st lets talk about the cleanliness of the complex Lawn services is provided for the front area to lure prospective clients in but This doesnt give you a option for NO STARS I can possibly write a book of complaints issues and Management issues But 1st lets talk about the cleanliness of the complex Lawn services is provided for the front area to lure prospective clients in but once you go around the complex the areas are not clean they once had someone going around attempting to pick up trash but that has long gone Its a lot of wasted space there and security run the kids off if they are using it to play catch or other outside activities Management does not let you BBQ outside of your building but wants you to come up front and BBQ which there is only 1 grill and doesnt make sense in packing up food taking it up front cooking it packing it back up and bringing it back home when you can do it right beside the apartment you live Management ALWAYS have a nasty disrespectful unprofessional attitude when you go there They lie and say they are going to fix something and nothing is done Ive had to pay someone to fix 3 items for me and still havent heard from the Emergency Maintenance department They never answer the phone or when they do they say you have to call the front office to put in a report This complex base the rent upon your salary but those with fixed income is paying the same amount or more than other tenants The Robo Cops aka Security Guards that are there harasses the tenants kids to the point NO kids want to come outside Like I said previously I could write a book of the Crossing at University State Prison I hate to see anyone without a job but if you dont know how to conduct it then I feel someone else should take over I dont know if Cornerstone reads these reviews or not Im praying they do and have a surprise inspection of the grounds and speak to the tenants that are there which most of them WILL be scared to talk because of the retaliation that Charlene bring to you Thank you for reading and like I said before I could write a book but chose not to All in all stop going up on the rent and fix the things that need to be fixed in the apartments Charlene needs to GO more ... hide ...

2018-05-11T01:24:41ZVery poor management staff Makes you feel like were begging for a place to live I was told to present my income before applying because there is an income resctriction and they didnt want me to to waste money filling out an application which was 8500 Very poor management staff Makes you feel like were begging for a place to live I was told to present my income before applying because there is an income resctriction and they didnt want me to to waste money filling out an application which was 8500 I also have a 20000 holding fee They checked the numbers and let me know that I qualify and can fill out the application After three weeks of no call backs and being bounced around I spoke with some who approved me The next day I was denied for making over the income restriction They kept my 8500 and returned my 20000 two weeks later No Empathy at all They need to realize that they have jobs because people rent more ... hide ...

2017-02-09T05:26:08ZManagement is plain rude hard working professionals who pay their rent on time end up being treated with the same regards as the free loaders who make this place unbearable I dont even as much as open my blinds to let the sunshine in and that has bec Management is plain rude hard working professionals who pay their rent on time end up being treated with the same regards as the free loaders who make this place unbearable I dont even as much as open my blinds to let the sunshine in and that has become very depressing The amenities are only available during office hours I hoped I would have been able to utilize the gym and poolI end up having to pay gym fees when Im already paying for one here that I cant access Work requests take weeks sometimes months sometimes I give up and there are all sorts of creepy crawlys that live in here with melizards roaches worms spiders and an occasional exotic creature or few turn up in here from time to time There is no privacy as there is always a reason for them to have to come inside of the apartment sometimes unannounced There is one single dumpster that serves the entire Crossings community which overflows every night and you dont want to see what it looks like after a holiday weekend Hands down the worst place Ive ever lived circumstances has me here but Im praying for change more ... hide ...
