I'm a resident of Brooke Commons, and I'd rate them 5 stars because of Gladys Pacheco, Tonya Dawson, and the maintenance manager, who are all amazing and listen to the tenants. Unfortunately, the manager Jeff has been ruining the complex, so they only get 3 stars. I've complained about loud noise from the tents, but he told me to provide details of when it started and time, which my email did. He then suggested I call 911, which I wouldn't do since there are children living here, but he should have at least sent out a notice about it. Nothing was resolved, so I have to deal with the noise on my own. Then, when I got the plumbing fixed, the person who worked on the pipes damaged my rug, but all he said was to send him a picture and he'd get back to me; nothing was done. I also spoke to him about children scratching cars in the parking lot, but he did nothing to inform everyone, so I stopped making complaints. I tried calling Corporate to file a complaint, but never got a call back. This man is destroying the complex. The manager before him, who was here when I moved in 2020, was great, respectful, kind, and willing to help out, but it's not like that anymore. more ... hide ...

Ive been looking for an apartment for MONTHS This place intrigued me because I have a friend who lives here and thought it was a nice area and complex Jeff answered the phone when I called and I thought the conversation would go over well I was wrong Ive been looking for an apartment for MONTHS This place intrigued me because I have a friend who lives here and thought it was a nice area and complex Jeff answered the phone when I called and I thought the conversation would go over well I was wrong I asked if there was any availability or a waitlist and was told there is a waitlist all the way through mid 2023 Okay that was expected because so many places dont have availability or have a waitlist I was truly disappointed when I asked Jeff if there was any general advice he could give on when the best time to search and apply for apartments would be He said he could only speak for his property and was very short with me the entire call I could barely finish telling Jeff thank you before he rudely hung up on me more ... hide ...
