This place deserves a higher rating When we first moved in we had an issue with pests as the previous tenants must not have been very clean The villas had pest control out weekly to take care of the issue They were extremely prompt professional and fThis place deserves a higher rating When we first moved in we had an issue with pests as the previous tenants must not have been very clean The villas had pest control out weekly to take care of the issue They were extremely prompt professional and friendly Anytime we have had any issues minor or major they have been on it quickly We have had everything from a clogged drain to a fridge not cooling properly and they fixed it same day or within 24 hours They care about their tenants and the apartments themselves Its very well taken care of even on the outside Marcia leasing agent is very friendly and Carlos maintenance is awesome too Its a great place to live so if you are considering it and reading this its worth it nn I also want to say to the previous review the internet is good They offer Spectrum now which is high speedmore ...hide ...

I have been a resident at Cedar Forest for many years, and so far my experience has been great. Management and employees are always working hard to make sure the apartments are kept up inside and out, accommodating everyI have been a resident at Cedar Forest for many years, and so far my experience has been great. Management and employees are always working hard to make sure the apartments are kept up inside and out, accommodating everyone's needs.
I appreciate living in Cedar Forest because there is so much nearby that can be reached by walking. The price of the apartments is worth it; they are quite spacious with two different layouts available for three bedrooms.
The pool is very large and always clean, as well as a gym, park for kids, and a large trash compactor that's easy to use - just walk up the steps, open the door, throw in your trash then close it. A porter also drives around making sure no one leaves any messes behind outside of their apartment building. Despite this though, due to some people not following rules the pool closes at 8 pm instead of 10 pm which I think is fair enough considering how quiet it gets after 8 pm from that area.
Overall I have been blessed to live here and I hope whoever takes over my apartment will be just as pleased with Cedar forest as I am! Pest control does come regularly but you must also keep up with your own apartment: remember you have neighbors too! Throughout our building we use powder for roaches that has been recommended by professionals - this has helped us all tremendously! So please keep Florida clean by tidying after yourself; respect will go a long way here!more ...hide ...
