After staying here for three months, I am extremely impressed with both the maintenance crew and the other residents. The maintenance personnel are incredibly proficient at their job and also incredibly friendly. I am very glad to be living here. I had lived here in 2007 and I can definitely say it has improved since then. The front office staff is wonderful. Whenever I had a query or an issue, Concord Management or the lady at reception was always very helpful.
The maintenance team is truly exceptional. Not only do they follow their policies properly, but they also have an amiable and considerate attitude. The lady at the front desk went above and beyond in helping me with whatever I needed.
Some people have left negative reviews, but they are not giving an accurate representation. The woman at reception always responds to emails, either by phone or email. I believe in acknowledging good service, and this place really is an excellent place to live. I'd like to thank both Concord Management and Mystic Cove Staff.more ...hide ...
