The maintenance team does not go above and beyond to ensure that work orders have been completed to the renters' satisfaction. Strangely, the management office is closed for two hours during lunchtime, which I have never seen before. Pressure cleaning was supposed to be done on the building, but all that happened was spider webs were moved from the front to the inner and outer parts of the building. The security gate doesn't even work, yet it wasn't mentioned when I was informed of the complex. The kitchen appliances are outdated, the oven was not in working condition upon my arrival and the fridge can't be filled up too much or else it turns off. The walls have been terribly patched up and you can spot every little hole the previous tenants had made. more ... hide ...
