The new Community Director, Melinda Theofanous has changed so many things in a very positive way. The communication is excellent and the maintenance team actually smile now! The communication is excellent and the maintenance team actually smile now! The grounds are clean and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. I€™ve been very happy with her leading the team! I€™ve lived here for a year and a half and want to stay awhile!Update: everyone but one maintenance worker has quit. The place is filthy because no one cleans up after themselves. Please don€™t move here if you can€™t throw your trash away like a good upstanding citizen. They€™re hiring and hopefully they hire someone who will work full time and actually stay awhile. Change takes time and if some effort was put in - all would be ok!!more ...hide ...
