Ive left two messages in the past two weeks after putting a hold deposit on an apartment the apartment is no longer available Nobody answers the phones during business hours My online application is no longer accessible because the apartment is not a Ive left two messages in the past two weeks after putting a hold deposit on an apartment the apartment is no longer available Nobody answers the phones during business hours My online application is no longer accessible because the apartment is not available Hoping to get my 300 back but it seems there arent employees by the phonesnnUpdate I was contacted back after this review the lady was very sweet and issued the refund for my deposit Unfortunately thats still a flaw in the system the money I placed for the hold should have guaranteed the apartment but they give it to whoever can come by the tons of documents first Not to mention I lose the 90 dollar application fee more ... hide ...

The new Community Director Melinda Theofanous has changed so many things in a very positive way The communication is excellent and the maintenance team actually smile now The grounds are clean and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner I The new Community Director Melinda Theofanous has changed so many things in a very positive way The communication is excellent and the maintenance team actually smile now The grounds are clean and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner Ive been very happy with her leading the team Ive lived here for a year and a half and want to stay awhilennUpdate everyone but one maintenance worker has quit The place is filthy because no one cleans up after themselves Please dont move here if you cant throw your trash away like a good upstanding citizen Theyre hiring and hopefully they hire someone who will work full time and actually stay awhile Change takes time and if some effort was put in all would be ok more ... hide ...
