Ive lived here for a Few months before moving in I saw all the negative reviews on management the area etc and was iffy on living here my experience has been amazing The office had us an apartment in a week Security is always patrolling at night MainIve lived here for a Few months before moving in I saw all the negative reviews on management the area etc and was iffy on living here my experience has been amazing The office had us an apartment in a week Security is always patrolling at night Maintenance is always available One guy lives on site and can get to emergencies at all hours The neighborhood is quiet most noise I have heard is the kids playing outside and music As for the crime I have not seen any There can be no felonies to live there and you can be evicted for arrests A little disappointed was there is no washerdryer in the apartment but there is a 24 hr laundry room on site and CHEAP The water is also FREE The neighborhood in the past may have been A bad area and complex but they have done an amazing job cleaning it up and keeping it nice Id definitely continue to live here all my neighbors are so nice and weve had no problems with them or any of the kidsmore ...hide ...

I would not suggest living here at all. The new management team does not appear to feel obligated to communicate with anyone or make themselves available. The office is usually locked up without any signs and the phones I would not suggest living here at all. The office is usually locked up without any signs and the phones rarely work; messages and emails are not responded to. Requests are not followed up on. After searching online, I believe the office number and website have been changed without informing the residents. During the hot weather, the pools were shut for a long period of time with no explanation. Last week, notices were put on the apartment doors with one day's notice for a compulsory inspection requiring pets to be caged daily for a whole week (which is cruel). The community is not taken care of; overgrown trees scrape the buildings, which have webs/gunk and bugs swarm and bite, the outside lighting is poor. The valet trash is carried away on car tops and often slides off. We can't use the freezer as maintenance did not know how to change the fridge door handle and it does not remain frozen; there is a scary clicking noise from the electric panel. There have been several water emergencies only in this unit. The tub is peeling underfoot. There is a lot more to mention, but it is all very depressing. Mail delivery is a nightmare here. I am working on three recent claims and filing another complaint to the USPS as when I first moved in there was no mail for three weeks, they just couldn't change the key or something.more ...hide ...
