I had worked outside the leasing office as the staff members utilized their keys to go in and out while I still did not receive a response to my phone call. Their messaging system never responded apart from the automated message. Do not even attempt to apply here. It seems like they anticipate you to use the website because they are always out of paper applications. The single time I saw two applications outside, it was as though it was fine for us to pay the 40 dollar application fee without any inquiries. It is appalling that somebody permitted this place to be managed in such a manner. It has been two months since I initially expressed interest in the Arbours at Ensley and two months I have squandered my time attempting to get in contact with a practically non-existent leasing office. None of the staff members even cared to check if I required assistance when I waited by the door as they went in and out, and then lock the door after them. I then stayed in my car for another 40 minutes with my windows down, directly in front of the door, and nothing was said. It's a mess. I wish I could leave a review with 0.1 stars. At least the leasing office exists, though one would hardly notice if it didn't.more ...hide ...
The new management is horrible They never answer the phones and have horrible communication skills The office is closed due to Covid so theres no way to talk to them Dont bother calling to apply or show up you more than likely wont get a response EveThe new management is horrible They never answer the phones and have horrible communication skills The office is closed due to Covid so theres no way to talk to them Dont bother calling to apply or show up you more than likely wont get a response Even if theyre in the office The previous management was much bettermore ...hide ...

Lived there in 92 and again in 94. Mary Lou was awesome. The place had a good vibe. I lived above Jim and he was such a great guy. Used to take him to Dennys with us all the time.

I have lived here over two years. First manager whole very nice and friendly did not manage well and was terminated. New manger doesn€™t seem to be doing much better. New manger doesn€™t seem to be doing much better. Carpets in halls are filthy, porches are filthy, fire alarm system hasn€™t worked for over 2 months, one tenant was without a/c for 3 weeks. Maintenance isn€™t much better. Due to power surges we had 8 refrigerators which had to be replaced. The refrigerator for my unit was replaced with one from a handicap unit where the tenet had passed away. It was so beat up from wheelchair (which I understand), but had not been sanitized and was filthy. Door opened into living room instead of kitchen. When I moved into my apartment (lady passed away on it), it had not been cleaned or sanitized, carpets had not been vacuumed or cleaned, pink mold growing around bathtub rim and flooring around toiled smelled of urine.Lucas Creek Apts we€™re beautiful when we moved in, but sadly this building is going down. Two star is my rating.more ...hide ...
