Lived there in 92 and again in 94 Mary Lou was awesome The place had a good vibe I lived above Jim and he was such a great guy Used to take him to Dennys with us all the time

It was so beat up from wheelchair (which I understand), but had not been sanitized and was filthy. Door opened into living room instead of kitchen. When I moved into my apartment (lady passed away on it), it had not been cleaned or sanitized, carpets had not been vacuumed or cleaned, pink mold growing around bathtub rim and flooring around toiled smelled of urine.Lucas Creek Apts were beautiful when we moved in, but sadly this building is going down.
