Maintenace is worst When u call noone answer call or call back Inside Laundry room none of the waser working correctly Have reported to the office couple times no one is doing anyting about They alway have some excuse
Have tried to contact this place many times and no one calls me back or emails me at all Would love to know how much the rent is and to see if anything is available for this month or the beginning of August The place looks nice online
Couldnt have asked for a nicer place to stay im so glad we took a chance against our better judgement it was better than our normal stay thanks to parkway

These are condos, not apartments. That said, the quality of the unit depends on the owner. Location is great. Any violations of community standard should be reported, they take action but only if they know theres a problThese are condos, not apartments. I love my condo. Participate in the neighborhood, all places have issues from time to time but you need to speak up if you have concerns. P.s The screaming brat girls we ran off too. Find out who the parents are if they are screaming at your back door now. That was annoying.more ...hide ...
Visiting a family member in the hospital with terminal cancer, we are from Pennsylvania. The accommodation is much better than a motel, and the family rented it for its price and swimming pool. The pool is cleaned every morning but it's closed for some reason, and we were offered to use one of the other 3 pools on the premises instead. The kids get a bit too noisy sometimes, but they're just being kids with no place to play. The dishwasher is not functional, with a faulty faucet handle that needs to be handled with care. The bedrooms are of a decent size though. We would have wanted to explore the area more, but we were not greeted with a friendly attitude from the office personnel. If you're in a rush, it's a decent option, but it's not suitable for a long stay. We will inquire the pool maintenance person why we can't use the pool.more ...hide ...
