The pool is cleaned every morning but it's closed for some reason, and we were offered to use one of the other 3 pools on the premises instead. The kids get a bit too noisy sometimes, but they're just being kids with no place to play. The dishwasher is not functional, with a faulty faucet handle that needs to be handled with care. The bedrooms are of a decent size though. We would have wanted to explore the area more, but we were not greeted with a friendly attitude from the office personnel. If you're in a rush, it's a decent option, but it's not suitable for a long stay. We will inquire the pool maintenance person why we can't use the pool. more ... hide ...

This place is beyond ghetto The water is constantly getting shut off but nobodys ever working on the plumbing The neighbors are extremely questionable in nature You have drug addictsjunkies that dont live in the neighborhood sleeping in cars and taki This place is beyond ghetto The water is constantly getting shut off but nobodys ever working on the plumbing The neighbors are extremely questionable in nature You have drug addictsjunkies that dont live in the neighborhood sleeping in cars and taking baths in the pools You constantly see drunk or high individuals wandering around the neighborhood The neighbors hang out in the entrance Its really really bad Dont rent here Today June 21 2019 the yard people that you pay over 300 a month for the HOA cant even blow off your back porch they didnt edge they start early in the morning There are cars parked here for years tags expired but the the HOAnis nonexistent Need more more ... hide ...

Just moved in December 1st so far Im not impressed Needs a little more HOA involvement and much better upkeep Seems tenants make their own rules and whos anyone to challenge or dispute So so far I am not impressed
