Worst management ever Tenant violations galorenThey go in your apartment without permission all of the time They have random inspections several times a year which when I called the city to inquire there is only one scheduled inspection a year by t Worst management ever Tenant violations galorenThey go in your apartment without permission all of the time They have random inspections several times a year which when I called the city to inquire there is only one scheduled inspection a year by the city and it is usually between January and March They start sending lease renewal letters 6 months before your lease is up and use that as an excuse to keep on going in for those 6 months Many neighbors have reported jewelry missing break ins after inspections and personals misplaced There is a horrible black mold infestation in most AC units They randomly test your air but refuse to share results The manager Danae is her name is rude and discriminates She has attacked an elderly man because he reported the mold issue to her boss She refused to renew a single mothers lease because she reported her to her boss She refused to renew a mixed familys lease because they reported mold warped floors and racial slurs to her boss She picks on elderly tenants and refuses to properly do repairs in their apartments because she knows that their rent is under rent control and they have nowhere else to go One elderly lady had her carpet soaped in water from the AC and mushrooms growing in the closet Repairs can take months and even years to get fixed She and her maintenance people keep files on tenants and what is in their apartments They take pictures of your belongings and how your home is arranged when you are not home by the way I was in the office once while she had boxes of files all around for renewal purposes I peeked at a file which I thought was mine and was horrified to see that they had detailed notes one tenant her children times that they are home what cars they drove what was in her closets including pictures of her closets and on and on HUD and the city of Miami and the City of Palmetto Bay needs to investigate this property and reach out to all tenants present and old Some of the tenants got together and complained to The Related Group the parent management company and she denied everything and went after each tenant who complained one by one and refused to renew their lease Some had been there for 7 to 10 years I opted to not renew this year and happily moved out I feel so much less stress as I no longer have to worry about people going through my things when i am not home These people are criminalsnOh try to have a respectful conversation about your issues in person with her I suggest you record She will first belittle you then will deny conversations ever happened more ... hide ...

the place is very good when you start to live but when you have to go they take away all the deposit and I do not recommend it even to my worst enemy very bad
