I must say that the maintenance staff is on top of my maintenance request Shawn and other are courteous at all times Kudos to them However the office management is somewhat lacking in answering the phone and in accommodating the resident about ques I must say that the maintenance staff is on top of my maintenance request Shawn and other are courteous at all times Kudos to them However the office management is somewhat lacking in answering the phone and in accommodating the resident about questions until is it lease renewal time I have been at the office door at 8 am knocking to get answers about the new rent amount asked in an email that was never answered and no one came to the door I find it a bit annoying and unsettling that tenant must go through such an inconvenience There is so much noise above me that I cant get a decent nights sleep and I suffer with severe anxiety and with prescribed medication it just doesnt help My nephews car was towed twice and broken into the day we moved in Packages delivered have been stolen from my neighbors but the cameras dont work but have been told that they do There is late night activity from kids and my neighbors outside wall has been vandalized more ... hide ...

Went looking to get leasing information and Sol the lady I talked to was very helpful The complex looked nice and well taken care of They currently have me on a list and Im just waiting for the availability

This people never answer the phone My grandparents have an application on hold since last year They want more information Ive tried to contact someone in the office and its always impossible NEVER answer the phone or call back

Ive recently moved into this community and have had a pretty good experience overall so far Sol Community Director has been a great help answering the questions that I have and has been pretty quick with responses too As well as the maintenance team Ive recently moved into this community and have had a pretty good experience overall so far Sol Community Director has been a great help answering the questions that I have and has been pretty quick with responses too As well as the maintenance team I put in some small request and theyll usually have it done within the same or next day which is pretty awesome As for the apartment itself I was pretty impressed Its clean was in great condition when I moved in Its still the beginning but Im pretty sure I wont have any big issues Overall the community pretty quiet and nice Ive seen the other reviews about it but I believe people have different experiences to be honest I really have nothing to complain about to be honest so far But well see how things go down the road Keep up the great work more ... hide ...
