This supposed "income restricted" apartment complex makes you feel like you're owned by them. The residents are constantly being hassled by the management for some minor infraction or another. The residents are constantly being hassled by the management for some minor infraction or another. The maintenance worker is not very qualified and takes forever to get jobs done, usually making everything worse than before. The office staff is extremely rude, and there are a multitude of rules to adhere to, even for the smallest of items. The neighbourhood is dangerous and congested, with no assigned parking spots. The office staff will try to charge you for everything, even when there are break-ins in the complex. The security guard is a feeble old man who falls asleep on the job.
