My mother and grandmother live in this complex and from the moment they moved in there have been countless issues They have been living in the complex for six months at this point and management has yet to fix a single issue identified on the move onMy mother and grandmother live in this complex and from the moment they moved in there have been countless issues They have been living in the complex for six months at this point and management has yet to fix a single issue identified on the move on report They have broken pipes in the bathroom and kitchen broken windows that wont stay open the carpet was disgusting at move in and we cleaned it So many maintenance request have been submitted with no responseThe on site washroom has maybe 2 of 6 washer that work the others are filled with brown water and trash that smells The complex is covered in trash and in generally poor condition this company clearly targets low income residents and provides nothing close to a decent standard of living Mom is currently looking to break her lease and movemore ...hide ...
The renovations were the reason for me wanting to move this area The convince to shopping dining parks and schools The neighbors are pretty quiet in my building
