Low Income Apartments & Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), Accept Housing Vouchers, Section 8 Housing, Georgia Department of Community Affairs/Georgia Housing and Finance Authority
So far the only complaint is how long it took to get a mail key that worked and today I was super excited to find they are keeping the pool open til September 23rd after a lot of residents feedback
I lived here when I first moved to the Cartersville area quite sometime ago These apartments are very well managed and clean I appreciated the Senior community mixed in with the families I felt safe there with my children

She is a caregiver for her mother, and spends more time in the smoking area (gossiping) than she does caring for her mother. She keeps all the trash going around here. As far as the management and maintenance goes, we have never had it so good. They honestly care about the residents well-being and this facility. Since Shanda came here in January, she has tried to get a sense of togetherness for the residents by starting committees for socialization and new friendships. Jeff has always done repairs in a timely manner. If something wasnt done, then its probably because it was never reported to begin with. Its sad that one person can cause such a hostile environment for residents as well as visitors. I dont have bugs nor have I seen bugs so that tells me that maybe your apartment needs to be cleaned. We have a monthly pest control company that comes to service this building. This is a great, clean and safe complex to live. Theres just a few that say otherwise.more ...hide ...

Maintenance is always fast to respond and usually fix the problem on the first try and they have conversations with you that show they they care. Megan and Keri are always the best and so helpful. Rent has gone up quite a bit, but so has everywhere else. Besides that I€™ve been here a year and a half and don€™t plan on leaving anytime soon.more ...hide ...

Staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful, building is ancient, infrastructure is terrible and things are constantly breaking. €œAmenities€ are unusable and very dirty. We were not able to use them for months- they were closed due to €œvandalism€ which in the email they sent was literally a paper torn off the wall. Pool was open for maybe a month. The poor people below me had a leak coming from our apartment for the entire year we lived here which was never fixed. I was unable to use the bathtub which was never fixed. Our apartment flooded twice. Garbage disposal broke, was fixed, and broke again the next day. Staff doesn€™t listen to you and talks over you like you€™re stupid. You€™ll pay $200 a month for electric because the building is so old and inefficient. In no way is this apartment worth what you€™re going to pay.more ...hide ...
