The apartments are not up to health code no trim at the bottom of the walls holes already in walls black mold brown recluse etc They dont adjust your rent based on your pay like its stated in the lease online and application The apartment manger isnt The apartments are not up to health code no trim at the bottom of the walls holes already in walls black mold brown recluse etc They dont adjust your rent based on your pay like its stated in the lease online and application The apartment manger isnt very professional They say things that arent even on the lease or they twist them they harrass residents lie about rules fees programs and etc The manager never gives receipts when rent is paid and makes residents put the rent money orders in the slot of the door The managers daughter is extremely rude and agressive and doesnt even work at the complex but still also harasses and tells residents things that the MANAGER should do The managers husband the maintenance man doesnt fix anything you ask him to and always says snide comments about me to my face Also very noseynIve always followed all rules and have always paid my rent They have no reason to be so nasty and unprofessionalnThis is not a good place to live with the current management that is hired Mgmt is very unlawful more ... hide ...
