Overall pretty bad experience Toured the apartment and applied right away because we liked it Application process is extremally convoluted and even if you are very qualified which we were they will probably make you jump through several hoops before Overall pretty bad experience Toured the apartment and applied right away because we liked it Application process is extremally convoluted and even if you are very qualified which we were they will probably make you jump through several hoops before you can even get an answer from them They pawn off their approval process to a third party which is very archaic and clumsy Even if you submit your tax returns and paystubs they need more which to this day confuses mennThey also said they would refund my application fee but I still have yet to receive it They wasted over 3 weeks of my time by not approving us in a timely manner which is very infuriating We had to scramble to look for another apartment as they wasted so much of our timennTo sum it up if you want incompetent property managers who waste your time and lie to you then yes I would 100 recommend this placemore ...hide ...
I love living here right on the beltline spacious units and a nice community Plus theres a rooftop and secure in and out access oooh and an open parking lot because I dont like garage parking
