The sad thing is that had it not been for the recent actions of maintenance and staff this would have been a glowing review The complex itself is clean and quiet I have had no problems with noise unruly kids unsavory characters or trash With that beiThe sad thing is that had it not been for the recent actions of maintenance and staff this would have been a glowing review The complex itself is clean and quiet I have had no problems with noise unruly kids unsavory characters or trash With that being said the maintenance staff are the rudest people I have ever dealt with They will enter your apartment any time without notification and may even hit or kick your animals should they be loose when they come in I had to put a request in writing that they give 24 hours notification of all nonemergency visits because a maintenance worker chose to walk into the apartment while my roommate was in the shower and hit at my dognnAlso I paid the required pet deposit like everyone else My dog destroyed some blinds and I was very rudely confronted by two different maintenance workers about it Apparently it is useless to even pay the deposit as they expect you to immediately replace anything that may have been damaged instead of waiting until move out I was told I had to do it or be charged around 4x what it would actually cost to replace them When we moved in we were told our deck would be power washed Almost 4 months later not much to my surprise it is still filthy For the nearly 4 months we have lived there every time we needed to take trash out we would leave it outside the door for at most a day while we were at work The other day I received a notice stating that leaving trash outside the apartment is a lease violation and I would be charged 25 per bag if it happened again Meanwhile my upstairs neighbor can keep an entire trash can on his balcony which is also a lease violationnnIn summary dont expect anything resembling good customer service from most of the staff The one exception is Heather although I have not seen her since I moved in so Im not even sure if she still works there I have rented in 5 different places in 8 years and I have never encountered such rudeness It is not the worst place to live but for the price go a few miles south to chastain rd in Kennesaw There are several complexes there There is also a complex just down from Wingate on the left The rent is only a little more and it is far nicer as are the staffmore ...hide ...

We have worked with the facility for several years keeping the common areas carpet clean and residents carpet and furniture as needed. Very nice folks, very nice place!
