Despite the landlord's assurance that there were only spiders, they have now caught three mice, and the health department is now in involved. The place is supposedly renovated, but it's only been painted over, and the manager is rarely present. Moreover, their security guards are often just sitting in their cars on their phones. When tenants call the landlord out on his lies, he gets angry and rolls his eyes. It is highly recommended to avoid this place as they just want your money. Furthermore, upon moving in, the windows were already broken, and they've yet to be fixed, so outside bugs have been coming in through the holes that should have been sealed.
