Move here back in 2018, I€™ve had 5 different landlords, the one we have now. Won€™t even answer the phone so if you have a work order or a complaint. All 4 yrs hasn€™t been bad but the neighbors that stay above me now has been the rudest. Her family like to drop the child€™s off @ her apartment and they play throughout the entire apartment. Jumping off sofa chair and bed on too the floor, all types of morning arguments. I spend more time at my girlfriends house just to get away from the madness. They just moved in last summer and they have been the worst of worse. I€™ve been trying to get front office to repair this water damage ceil in my kitchen since Oct. 2021, even tried to show it to the new manager. But like always, put a work order in, that the reply she gave and they never answer the phone ÂÂŽÂŹmore ...hide ...

Do NOT move here! The management is appalling - here are a few examples. 1. I visited the office because my water had been shut off without warning, and when I inquired about it, the manager was rude to me for asking. ItDo NOT move here! It turns out that no notice had been sent - and, unsurprisingly, she didn't apologize. I asked for a rent credit due to the time I'd lost from work because of the issue, but she lied and said she'd given one. 2. The power went out in my apartment owing to a faulty breaker box. I waited two days for them to repair it, but when they were done, there was a hole with wires exposed. It still hasn't been fixed. 3. The shower has been leaking since 8 am. They came to "fix" it yesterday, but all they did was patch it up. I asked them to replace the knobs, but they refused, and now the water is still running. 4. Whenever you go to the office, you don't even get a hello, it's as if you're a nuisance for asking them to repair their property. Although everyone is under pressure, if you're looking for a reason not to move here, you now have four.more ...hide ...
