Do NOT move here! The management is appalling - here are a few examples. 1. I visited the office because my water had been shut off without warning, and when I inquired about it, the manager was rude to me for asking. ItDo NOT move here! It turns out that no notice had been sent - and, unsurprisingly, she didn't apologize. I asked for a rent credit due to the time I'd lost from work because of the issue, but she lied and said she'd given one. 2. The power went out in my apartment owing to a faulty breaker box. I waited two days for them to repair it, but when they were done, there was a hole with wires exposed. It still hasn't been fixed. 3. The shower has been leaking since 8 am. They came to "fix" it yesterday, but all they did was patch it up. I asked them to replace the knobs, but they refused, and now the water is still running. 4. Whenever you go to the office, you don't even get a hello, it's as if you're a nuisance for asking them to repair their property. Although everyone is under pressure, if you're looking for a reason not to move here, you now have four.more ...hide ...
