It is very quite the only thing the pool is rarely open the gym never open at 1st they took forever to fix things that broke until Victor came on But other than that if you can live without wanting to go to the pool or the gym this is the place to be

I have a twelve year old dog at home who was left unattended while I was in the hospital. I have a twelve year old dog at home who was left unattended while I was in the hospital. And I was gone for over 24 hours. I€™m not from Savannah and only have my girlfriend here. They would not let her in to check on my senior dog. They absolutely refused. Now she isn€™t on the lease so I can understand somewhat, but there was absolutely zero care or understanding on their part. I also lost my keys to my home. When I called to get someone to let me in my apartment to attend to my dog they never bothered to return my call till the next day. And they told me they would not let me in my apartment unless I wanted to pay 25 dollars to have them cut a key. Absolutely zero care or compassion from any of these people. Don€™t move here if you ever have an emergency. They will go out of their way to be condescending and rude.more ...hide ...

Dont waste your time booking a tour or considering this place!!! I booked a tour on their website, got a confirmation email AND text, got there, the leasing office was \"Open\" but locked, so I knocked on the door, a ladDont waste your time booking a tour or considering this place!!! I booked a tour on their website, got a confirmation email AND text, got there, the leasing office was \"Open\" but locked, so I knocked on the door, a lady stared at me for a long period of time without acknowledging, so I told her through the closed door that we had an appointment, in which she walked up to the door and turned the open sign to closed right in front of me. Then she told me that booking a tour means youll take a virtual tour, aka watch a video on their website. This was never disclosed in the multiple confirmations and there is no logic to schedule watching a video online. So rude, unwelcoming, and unclear, I feel sorry for anyone that signs a lease!more ...hide ...
