And I I€™m posting this from my girlfriends account because I lost my phone in an accident that resulted in my hospitalization. I have a twelve year old dog at home who was left unattended while I was in the hospital. And I was gone for over 24 hours. I€™m not from Savannah and only have my girlfriend here. They would not let her in to check on my senior dog. They absolutely refused. Now she isn€™t on the lease so I can understand somewhat, but there was absolutely zero care or understanding on their part. I also lost my keys to my home. When I called to get someone to let me in my apartment to attend to my dog they never bothered to return my call till the next day. And they told me they would not let me in my apartment unless I wanted to pay 25 dollars to have them cut a key. Absolutely zero care or compassion from any of these people. Don€™t move here if you ever have an emergency. They will go out of their way to be condescending and rude.more ...hide ...

It has been over a year, and I have no doubt that it was a smart move.Management is doing a great job of keeping every tenant a #1 priority, while remaining professional, courteous, efficient, fair and empathetic to our needs. This is one community made up of over 280 households that are all different. Lets face it. Every multi-family community has pros and cons.Fortunately, this complex is well managed, organized and maintained. If an incident of property repair, bugs, litter, conduct, pets, disturbance, etc., does occur, I have observed it to be minimal, rare and quickly resolved. Also, there are friendly, courteous and helpful neighbors throughout the complex.I enjoy living at Spanish Villa and have recommended it to others. Finally, a special thanks to staff members Daniella and Kristi for outstanding commitment and great teamwork. You are the best!more ...hide ...
