The only issue I've had is people, presumably kids, stealing my pumpkins and my child's toys. I don't have a huge bug issue since I spray every week, as pest control hasn't come yet.... Recently I had an exorbitant water bill of over $300. There was no justification for it being that high, but the property manager was able to lower it for me on 10/1/2021. Although I am thankful for her help, no one has come to fix the running toilets and the leaking water connection to my washing machine, which is almost to November. I had to fix my dripping sink myself as nobody had come and I was not about to get another large water bill. I have submitted multiple work orders but they claim they already came to my place. This wouldn't be the case if the toilets are still running and I am aware because the flappers haven't been changed, causing the leak. It would be ideal if they left a note or called before they came in so we know exactly when they were here and what they did. Other than that, it isn't so bad. I would just like my water fixed or a reduction in my water bill every month, which sounds good too.more ...hide ...

Then it time to renew my lease. After calling and no answer, decided to go to the office today at 1240 and get told that the last people were supposed to take of my lease issues and this new black lady they have in the leasing office now tells me that I gotta pay $979 by january 3. and adding on new fees for this 2 bedroom apartment. The fact that I was professional and no leasing office told me anything about the last 3 management changes is outrageous. I paid my rent on time like I supposed do just to get robbed without no explaining why I gotta pay 979more ...hide ...

I paid a deposit and a fee of $335, yet did not receive any confirmation of approval. Subsequently, I received a check for my deposit in the mail which I deposited on Monday; however, today, the funds were reversed with a "returned item" notication. When I called my bank, they told me to contact the merchant, yet I have NEVER been able to get anyone on the phone! Additionally, I am no longer able to log into my account because my password is no longer valid. My attempts to contact the apartment complex have been futile since no one ever answers their phone or returns messages. Every time I have gone to the office, I have been met with an empty space. This experience has been highly unsatisfactory, and I am now left without my $300. Consequently, I am filing a police report as this apartment complex is a scam.more ...hide ...

I've never had to write a bad review for a hotel, but this one definitely warrants it. If there was a rating lower than 1, this place would certainly fit that description. If there was a rating lower than 1, this place would certainly fit that description. I would never suggest this place to anyone, not even an enemy. From the moment I entered the parking lot, I knew this wasn't a place I'd feel comfortable staying. The outside elements, the sparsely-furnished lobby -- it wasn't worth what we had paid. We only needed a few hours of sleep before our early flight, however. When we got to the room, it was in worse condition than we had expected. There was water damage on ceilings and walls, complimentary products that had already been used, and a women's razor in the bathroom. The bed seemed hastily made and I was afraid to see what a blue light would expose. The electric outlets didn't work either. We left immediately, opting for the airport instead. Even being uncomfortable there was better than how I felt at the hotel. This place needs a serious overhaul or a complete rebuild. Wyndham should really reconsider keeping it in their portfolio.more ...hide ...
