Ive been here approximately 25 years This was my first apartment and I REGRET moving here This experience has been the worst There is always trash in the hallway I dont allow my guest to use the elevator because it smells horrible my car was broken i Ive been here approximately 25 years This was my first apartment and I REGRET moving here This experience has been the worst There is always trash in the hallway I dont allow my guest to use the elevator because it smells horrible my car was broken into twice and security was no where to be found I went to the leasing office after my car was broken into and was told Ill get a follow up call this is week two after the break in and yes you guessed it right still no call I packed up and left for two weeks because I didnt feel safe They NEVER answer the phone if you get a answer consider yourself lucky Gates are always broken and random people are in the halls There is a leak in my apartment so when it rain the wall turns brown I put a work order in they came to paint over it Paint over a leak This place is a joke They wont even pressure wash the hallway If you have another option please take this place off your list Save yourself the trouble more ... hide ...

I Called for months When I say I called every single day Multiple times a day and only one answer in a month time of me calling And when she finally did answer the phone she was very passive as if she didnt want to give me the information and she was I Called for months When I say I called every single day Multiple times a day and only one answer in a month time of me calling And when she finally did answer the phone she was very passive as if she didnt want to give me the information and she was ready to get off the phone My questions were not fully answered I was given an appointment to pick up a application but I forgot the time we sat So again I called and called and called no reply When I go up there they said I couldnt be there because I need an appointment I told them I already did but being that I couldnt get the info I needed I decided to just go up there since they never pick up the phone Crazy thing is When I got there the phone is ringing and still no picking up the phone Thats not cool more ... hide ...

Theyre Very DisrespectfulCalled to ask a simple question and INSTEAD of giving a response theyll hang up in your face
