I lived in Heron Lake in Valdosta from 2012 till June 2021 I as well as other residents went through several mangers The complex itself is very nice however It depends on who is managing whether or not you are treated fairly I was very ill when I wasI lived in Heron Lake in Valdosta from 2012 till June 2021 I as well as other residents went through several mangers The complex itself is very nice however It depends on who is managing whether or not you are treated fairly I was very ill when I was forced to move out The management staff including maintenance was a racist in their decision making work and etc This company lacked compassion under the management during 2020 2021 The error made in their decision to not renew my lease was as much the fault of management as it was mine I suffered an allergic reaction due to a vaccine injection My doctor submitted a letter stating I was unable to move mentally or physically None of this mattered I had to rely on strangers friends and church family to pack my belongings and help me move I was late once from 2012 until June 2021 I was a good tenant but none of that mattered I was force to relocate to another state and rely on family Racist people should never be allowed to manage anywhere there is a mixture of races living togethermore ...hide ...

I'd rate the apartment 3.5/5. It didn't look as if it had been cleaned properly since I moved in back in January, and the fact that I wasn't refunded the $10 I spent on the bill pay app was really unjust. It didn't look as if it had been cleaned properly since I moved in back in January, and the fact that I wasn't refunded the $10 I spent on the bill pay app was really unjust. Most of the people I've encountered in the building have been quite pleasant, and the neighborhood itself is quite tranquil. I'm content with my living space, but I find it frustrating that I have to continually make calls to have things fixed and that the cleaning appeared to be done in a rush. Additionally, there are groups of people who congregate across the street at night, which can be quite intimidating; I've even heard gunshots and a woman screaming for help. The price I paid for my apartment is fair and I don't receive any disturbances, which is why I'd still give this area a 3.5/5 rating. It is not particularly luxurious, and it seems as if the outside has not been renovated since the 1970s.more ...hide ...
