The property seems cleaner than ever since the new office staff came in I am lucky to call this place home and appreciate everything this team does for us
I really love the new staff in the office Thank you for helping me today and thank you to the maintenance for taking care of my apartment I will be renewing my lease this summer
I love it here at Lakeside Vista Wendi and her team is always very helpful with my husband and I anytime we need assistance I would recommend to anyone to live here

Sandy is terrible; she is extremely unprofessional and does not respond to messages. When I was moving out of the apartment in February, there was an incident that caused water damage and I called her multiple times, butSandy is terrible; she is extremely unprofessional and does not respond to messages. When I was moving out of the apartment in February, there was an incident that caused water damage and I called her multiple times, but she never answered. I went into the office and got her card with her contact information, which was given to my insurance agent. My insurance agent tried to contact her for two months, but still did not get a response. Today, two months after the incident, I received a bill from collections, despite never getting any prior requests for payment. I emailed her to express my frustration, but instead of apologizing she blamed me. I find it unacceptable that despite being a great tenant for two years, I am being treated like this. Nevertheless, the property itself is lovely and the maintenance department is great, but if you are in need of administrative help or prompt replies, good luck.more ...hide ...

The front door to the community was locked and there was no one there to answer a prospective tenant. Clearly the sign said office open 10-4.
