I lived here from 20172022 in two different units This complex was great on communication before they changed management and became Avana Ridenour Before management changed you could call the office directly and actually get someone on the phone They I lived here from 20172022 in two different units This complex was great on communication before they changed management and became Avana Ridenour Before management changed you could call the office directly and actually get someone on the phone They even used to return your voicemail Now they work with a third party call center who takes messages for them If I submitted a maintenance request through their answering service I would get responses from maintenance However if you simply ask for someone in office to return your call for any other concern youll get nothing The lack of communication here overshadows everything else The apartments are nice and it felt safe to live here but the rising cost of rent isnt worth it If you dont mind having to go in person to speak to someone when needed this is the place for you Even after moving out and leaving my apartment immaculate I still cannot get anyone to return my call more ... hide ...

Sandy is terrible; she is extremely unprofessional and does not respond to messages. When I was moving out of the apartment in February, there was an incident that caused water damage and I called her multiple times, but she never answered. I went into the office and got her card with her contact information, which was given to my insurance agent. My insurance agent tried to contact her for two months, but still did not get a response. Today, two months after the incident, I received a bill from collections, despite never getting any prior requests for payment. I emailed her to express my frustration, but instead of apologizing she blamed me. I find it unacceptable that despite being a great tenant for two years, I am being treated like this. Nevertheless, the property itself is lovely and the maintenance department is great, but if you are in need of administrative help or prompt replies, good luck. more ... hide ...

Mostly everything about this complex is great but the lack of communication from the management staff is horrible Ive had air conditioning problems for about 6 months Ive put in constant maintenance requests for months all they do is recharge the AC Mostly everything about this complex is great but the lack of communication from the management staff is horrible Ive had air conditioning problems for about 6 months Ive put in constant maintenance requests for months all they do is recharge the AC unit then it stops working a few days after They have even told me there is a leak and they need a new unit but refuse to do it Not only has the rent increased they refuse to take care of their equipment properly Ive also sent countless emails to the management team as well as visited them in person just to be forgotten about and given the run around They havent even offered to discount rent or anything Ive had to go to the lengths of getting my own portable AC unit just to try and keep the temperature below 78 degrees Its ridiculous more ... hide ...
