2022-03-04T04:03:30Zthis is the absolute worst apartment complex to live in me and my family have been in these apartments for three years and every since we moved here there have been people breaking into cars Busting out windows stealing cars In 2020 someone shot thro this is the absolute worst apartment complex to live in me and my family have been in these apartments for three years and every since we moved here there have been people breaking into cars Busting out windows stealing cars In 2020 someone shot through my bedroom window they moved us from building 1733 to 1789 apartment five in since weve been staying in that building there has been mold weve complained to the management team they have yet to fix it when they come to do inspection we tell them they do not fix it they never fix the refrigerators they never wanna answer the phone which is very unprofessional and they are very money hungry theres no security they dont care about your car being broken into they dont care about the mold they dont care about anything DO NOT MOVE HERE more ... hide ...

2022-01-25T15:30:28ZI just spoke to someone on the phone She had a pleasant attitude but what she told me made absolutely NO sense whatsoever I inquired about the 3 bdrm which she told me is renting for 1226 She also told me that tenants are required to make at least 3 I just spoke to someone on the phone She had a pleasant attitude but what she told me made absolutely NO sense whatsoever I inquired about the 3 bdrm which she told me is renting for 1226 She also told me that tenants are required to make at least 3 times the rent so for that unit the monthly income requirement would be 3678 She then proceeded to tell me that tenants applying for the 3 bdrm cannot make over 37k per year if they want to be approved for the 3 bdrm So basically its LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE to be approved for this because 3678x1244136 which is WELL above 37k Then she told me that they are still accepting applications and I can apply Why would I do that To waste my time and money It sounds like theyre taking peoples applications and money knowing GOOD and well its literally impossible to meet the stipulations theyve outlined more ... hide ...
