I am still dealing with Virginia Crews, who lives in building 40, unit 45, and who has made many attempts to make me leave. Most recently, she contacted the sheriff's office due to my possession of a dog, which she appears to have a distaste for. The dog does not bark, as she alleges, and we have followed all of the regulations for owning a pet in the apartment, including paying the pet deposit and obtaining renter's insurance. It seems that she is retaliating against us simply for looking at her a certain way one day. I suggest that she is being ignorant and I'm sure she will read this review. I will not leave until I am ready, and if she continues to create problems, I will continue to call her out on it. Maybe she should be the one to leave. UPDATE: Ms. Crews is now trying to get a restraining order against my son because he parks next to her car. Avoid building 40! more ... hide ...

My father resided at Forrester Village in Leesburg Ga until he passed away in October 2020. Even after multiple attempts to reach out to Fair Way Management (the company who handles the money) from Atlanta GA., Asia, who handles check issuance, has yet to contact us. If my family doesn't hear from her by Wednesday January 6th 2021 then a bad review will be written on Google about this multi-million dollar management company's lack of compassion for those grieving a loss. It is best to think twice before moving an elderly loved one into this facility as it is managed by people with no regard for your family members during their time of need. Beautiful place to call home The office manager April is so AWESOME She make sure all that live there is comfortable and everything is well for everybody
