My dad occupied Forrester Village in Leesburg, GA for several years before he passed away in October 2020. Ten days prior to his passing, he had paid his rent and was owed a refund of about $500.00 as well as the deposit on his move-in fee. My sister contacted Fair Way Management out of Atlanta GA., which handles the money, to issue a check; however it was made out only to my deceased father's name. My sister tried cashing it at her bank but they refused due to the name on the check. I have reached out to Fair Way Management over the course of several weeks trying to get this resolved but no one has been willing or able help me, not even after I said I would post a bad review if Asia (the person responsible for issuing checks) did not contact me by January 6th. It is too bad that this multi-million dollar management company does not care about helping families in times of loss and does not respect them enough for something as minimal as $500.00 which could be used towards funeral costs. Do think carefully when deciding if you want your senior loved one living in such a facility that is managed by unsympathetic people who would rather ignore than assist you during your time of greatest grief - ironically named Fair Way Management! more ... hide ...

Beautiful place to call home The office manager April is so AWESOME She make sure all that live there is comfortable and everything is well for everybody
