My first visit was fine however by the third time I visited and it was an app and I was ask if I smoke no ask if i have been in prison no ask why I left my last resident was it my fault nonever had chance to fill out application I have excellent rentMy first visit was fine however by the third time I visited and it was an app and I was ask if I smoke no ask if i have been in prison no ask why I left my last resident was it my fault nonever had chance to fill out application I have excellent rental history I was told first come first sever so I kept coming back very eager about this location but I shared with the manager my situation which in turn he told me just because I am desperate dosent make things move fasteri was so taken back by all of this not to mentioned that the Lady manager was very unprofessional speaking Spanish talking about me and others not knowing because we are not Hispanic but speak and understand Spanish Amazing second class citizen treating first class in this manner we all people of color how dare the prejudging one another needless to say I never got a call back by Feb like I was told I have been renting from age 18 traveled the states and to have encountered such at 55 is ridiculous something need to change going forward heremore ...hide ...

I must say this has been the best experience for me living in an apartment complex. I havent lived in an apartment in a few years so it made the transition back a breeze. Very consistent, dedicated and goes above and beyond to make sure what she said she would do, gets done! Veronica works in the office and every time I speak to her shes so polite and sweet and very patient. Her follow up is impeccable as well.This is the team you would want to run a property because although the property needs a lot of work, the staff from the manager all the way down to maintenance makes it easier to bare. The team sacrifice their own time and attention to what needs to be done! Kudos to an A1 team!more ...hide ...

A serious source of concern is the lack of oversight from 11:00 PM to 7:00AM. When my Sister moved to Smyrna Towers, it was a non-profit and it had much better Security. When my Sister moved to Smyrna Towers, it was a non-profit and it had much better Security. This week my Sister showed me flier sent to all the residents regarding individuals living in the building drinking and doing drugs. In addition, these individuals according to the flier are also very loud after 11:00 PM and partying. There have also been issues with residents not wearing masks and congregating with no social distancing. Since there is no one between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM at the Front Desk monitoring security I am not sure what can be done?more ...hide ...
