I will say this I am attempting to move into an 21 apartment soon Its a process but Erika and Michaela have both been awesome Thank you I hope everything works out because I would love to be a tenant there Again thank you and keep doing what you do

A serious source of concern is the lack of oversight from 11:00 PM to 7:00AM. When my Sister moved to Smyrna Towers, it was a non-profit and it had much better Security. When my Sister moved to Smyrna Towers, it was a non-profit and it had much better Security. This week my Sister showed me flier sent to all the residents regarding individuals living in the building drinking and doing drugs. In addition, these individuals according to the flier are also very loud after 11:00 PM and partying. There have also been issues with residents not wearing masks and congregating with no social distancing. Since there is no one between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM at the Front Desk monitoring security I am not sure what can be done?more ...hide ...

Removing my stars again due to negligence by IRT company and staff. I was charged $225 and could not get my renewal amount in enough time to make a decision on wether or not I could move or resign my lease . That additional amount was never added to my portal and the leasing agent still took my money only to call me back and say she had to return it . The manager only came out on the 3rd time I went to the office to get this rectified . Completely bad business no empathy from the staff and has left a sour taste in my mouth . No response yet from them. She told me they €œwhere a lot of hands on the Situation €œ but no one did there job to charge me on my portal/ ledger but could still charge me based of an email..
