I am needing housing of any sort as soon as possible I have been renting an apt for 3 years now and in July my family lost their housing and moved into my 1bdrm apt with me and my cat Simply put they are refusing to leave my apartment so I need out I cannot handle the situation of 3 adults and 4 cats in a 1 bedroom apartment None of us actually get along so its rather tense most days Ive tried and tried and she just doesnt seem to care to try leaving To be 100 honest deposit may be an issue but Im willing to sign an agreement plan we can add to the rent or whatever until its paid off

The apartments are fairly well maintained and safe. What I liked about it was there is an outside entrance, the only wall we shared with the neighbors was the bathroom so we hardly had any noise issues, there is a laundry unit in each building so you dont have to carry your laundry very far, theres a nice outdoor area to walk your dog and a small park, and the rent is pretty cheap compared to other places. The apartments are pretty small but could be worse, and its worth it for the price. Usually maintenance would come within just a few days to fix things if needed. The downside is theres no dishwasher, coin laundry which is pretty expensive $2.50 for wash and $1.75 for dryer, there is just one window unit for air conditioning so the bedroom can get pretty hot on the summer, also pet fee is $40 which is pretty over priced. If youre okay with dealing with those things Id say its a pretty nice place to live for the price. We got most of our deposit back too. more ... hide ... Making a rental inquiry
