I lived in a one bedroom apartment in Orange City plaza for 2 years with my husband The apartments are fairly well maintained and safe What I liked about it was there is an outside entrance the only wall we shared with the neighbors was the bathroom I lived in a one bedroom apartment in Orange City plaza for 2 years with my husband The apartments are fairly well maintained and safe What I liked about it was there is an outside entrance the only wall we shared with the neighbors was the bathroom so we hardly had any noise issues there is a laundry unit in each building so you dont have to carry your laundry very far theres a nice outdoor area to walk your dog and a small park and the rent is pretty cheap compared to other places The apartments are pretty small but could be worse and its worth it for the price Usually maintenance would come within just a few days to fix things if needed The downside is theres no dishwasher coin laundry which is pretty expensive 250 for wash and 175 for dryer there is just one window unit for air conditioning so the bedroom can get pretty hot on the summer also pet fee is 40 which is pretty over priced If youre okay with dealing with those things Id say its a pretty nice place to live for the price We got most of our deposit back too more ... hide ...

I dont live then Apartments but mine is she lives Im there and its beautiful its quiet I love it Im planning too move of their two visiting her is always a pleasant
