Absolutely no parking after 5PM, they put garages in half the parking spaces so you can pay to park. Garages are manually operated you have to get out of your car and use a key on a busted old garage. Doorknobs to the apartment are broken, good luck getting into your home during the winter. Management is unbearable, constant maintenance issues etc. The entire management office staff completely changes every 2 months. also, MOLD. I have to bleach my bathroom every other week due to reoccurring mold. If I leave a jacket on the carpet for longer than an hour, it smells like mold. If I leave my clothes in my closet, it smells like mold. My bedroom door was shut for one day and when I opened the door it REEKED of mold. I can even see it. There is a constant lingering scent of mold.more ...hide ...
