I had a good experience renting from Indian Ridge maintenance was kept up and if I needed anything they were very prompt I would recommend renting from them if you are in need of an apartment

Hidden fees kicking majority of tenants out due to them raising rent prices that were already amongst the highest in the area finding any reason to kick people out in order to make room for people willing to pay higher prices Absolutely no parking af Hidden fees kicking majority of tenants out due to them raising rent prices that were already amongst the highest in the area finding any reason to kick people out in order to make room for people willing to pay higher prices Absolutely no parking after 5PM they put garages in half the parking spaces so you can pay to park Garages are manually operated you have to get out of your car and use a key on a busted old garage Doorknobs to the apartment are broken good luck getting into your home during the winter Management is unbearable constant maintenance issues etc The entire management office staff completely changes every 2 months also MOLD I have to bleach my bathroom every other week due to reoccurring mold If I leave a jacket on the carpet for longer than an hour it smells like mold If I leave my clothes in my closet it smells like mold My bedroom door was shut for one day and when I opened the door it REEKED of mold I can even see it There is a constant lingering scent of mold more ... hide ...

I lived here for 45 years and it was great I never had a single issue Quiet neighbors friendlyhelpful staff safe neighborhood close to Planet Fitness close to the bike path close to HyVee and a very responsive maintenance staff There was even one tim I lived here for 45 years and it was great I never had a single issue Quiet neighbors friendlyhelpful staff safe neighborhood close to Planet Fitness close to the bike path close to HyVee and a very responsive maintenance staff There was even one time my garage got frozen shut in a blizzard and a maintenance guy blow torched and greased it open for me to unfreeze it These are great people The pool was great and always well maintained The complex is also very central to everything and right by I74 so you are never more that 20 minutes from anything in the Quad Cities Less than 5 minutes from the adorable East Village of Davenport And only 10 min from downtown Davenport I truly loved living here The one and only downside is that the apartments arent super updated and fancy But you get what you pay for I guess and these were super affordable Clearly that didnt bother me enough to want to move since I lived here for so many years more ... hide ...
