I made a request for my leaky bathtub to be fixed and someone would come by (a few days later than they said). As I work nights, I sleep during the day, and they would just let themselves in without warning. Even after multiple attempts, the bathtub was never fixed and they always left a mess behind. After a month, they would say the work order had been completed, when it had only worsened the issue. The same thing happened when they were supposed to patch up the wall - they never returned to sand and paint, leaving a large mess for me to take care of. The area was also infested with roaches, the dumpsters were surrounded by piles of garbage and the laundry and storage rooms were repulsive. When we moved out, I had forgotten the modem and when I called, they replied that they didn't have it and assumed it was trash. Despite the fact that we had handed over the keys, I feel it was foolish of them to discard something as valuable as a wifi modem. All in all, there are better places to live.more ...hide ...
