As I work nights, I sleep during the day, and they would just let themselves in without warning. Even after multiple attempts, the bathtub was never fixed and they always left a mess behind. After a month, they would say the work order had been completed, when it had only worsened the issue. The same thing happened when they were supposed to patch up the wall - they never returned to sand and paint, leaving a large mess for me to take care of. The area was also infested with roaches, the dumpsters were surrounded by piles of garbage and the laundry and storage rooms were repulsive. When we moved out, I had forgotten the modem and when I called, they replied that they didn't have it and assumed it was trash. Despite the fact that we had handed over the keys, I feel it was foolish of them to discard something as valuable as a wifi modem. All in all, there are better places to live. more ... hide ...

My 2 bedroom is perfect for my dog and I Neighbors are quite and keep to themselves Walls are a little thin as I can hear the kids up stairs yelling and jumping around but its always quite by 8pm not a big issue for me Maintenance is quick to respond My 2 bedroom is perfect for my dog and I Neighbors are quite and keep to themselves Walls are a little thin as I can hear the kids up stairs yelling and jumping around but its always quite by 8pm not a big issue for me Maintenance is quick to respond and repair The girls in the office are extremely nice and helpful They are willing to help out and cut some slack once in a while they have helped me out IMMENSELY the past month and are very on top of things When coming into the complex it looks a little sketchy on the outside but inside is very nice I know the property managers are trying to fix and update the buildings They just added a dog area for dogs to run off lease my dog loves it and we both have meet some friends there I definitely recommend Valley Park apartments more ... hide ...

Honestly one of the worst places to rent from in the Sioux City area They have a serious roach problem It was reported numerous of times yet we dealt with it for over at least 6 months while continuously reporting it Purchased our own storage bins to Honestly one of the worst places to rent from in the Sioux City area They have a serious roach problem It was reported numerous of times yet we dealt with it for over at least 6 months while continuously reporting it Purchased our own storage bins to keep them out of our personal belongings along with purchasing a storage unit off site They have black mold growing in the laundry room The trash would pile up outside making it very unpleasant to open windows In the summer our AC would stop working multiple times and wouldnt get fixed until a day or two later The water would get clogged very easily in our unit for example the kitchen sink the shower and the bathroom sink In the winter our heat wouldnt work as well and wouldnt get fixed right away The whole building is practically out dated with no renovations more ... hide ...
