I just signed my renewal with Rike our new community manager and he is a delight to have as our man in charge We have had several in the past 4 years and for whatever reason moved on He changed my light bulbs as they were out for months and didnt hav I just signed my renewal with Rike our new community manager and he is a delight to have as our man in charge We have had several in the past 4 years and for whatever reason moved on He changed my light bulbs as they were out for months and didnt have to do it Also I know that his team is doing a wonderful job in cleaning and they are young and new and the place looks fresh and smell refreshing trash and bathrooms in common areas are always top shelfnRecently I noticed him walking the parking lot picking up rubbish We have not seen the likes of him as a manager walking our lotnIt is my hopes that others in this community give him a chance and stop lording over the place like they own it versus rent herenHe is a breath of fresh air and his door is always open Reminds me of my brother big and in charge more ... hide ...
