Great pilot project for the chronically homeless The apartments are very nice and the complex has a property manager and Terty Reilly staff on hand every day
My friends live here and it has its perks The place has too much security as there are cameras everywhere and guests cannot walk around or leave the premises unaccompanied by the resident Otherwise its a nice place for the displaced people in Boise

I do not recommend leaving here. I have lived here for almost 6 years. The worst ever management. They don€™t know how to run the property. If you want to see the manager is going to take you one week and if you have a work order is going to take them two weeks to fix. I moved out from this property I have cleaned the apartment I returned the apartment in a great condition and The property manager inspect my apartment she told There is no damage in the apartment and it€™s clean. The will refund my full deposit. I got my deposit after 3 months just $90 and I tried to reach them to talk with them that why they charge me this much For no reason. they didn€™t reply my yet.more ...hide ...
