Have lived here almost 2 years now... overall good place to live. Rent is a little steep, but they are one of the few places in Rockford that will let you have 2 dogs that also offer attached garages. I did have one issue where I ordered food via hello fresh and they failed to tell me about it for more than a week, but that issue seems to have been resolved... For what you get, its not an outlandish price, and its a pretty quiet complex and close to a lot of things.. Overall, they were really good to work with especially with all my schedule issues with move out and helping me get carpet cleaners in to satisfy my lease requirement (and for a very reasonable price). Overall, this was a pretty good place to live and a good company to work with in the process. Also - to address the concerns that all they care about is money: I found during my move out they were extremely reasonable with charges and I was only charged for things that were warranted. They also give you a list of things to check ahead of time and I could have easily bought these things on my own if I had time (stove drip pans, etc.)more ...hide ...
