I have had and kept an apartment here because of my children residing in Rockford since before getting out of the military And I can tell you that the negative reviews do not fit this place at all It simply is the best apartment community in Rockford I have had and kept an apartment here because of my children residing in Rockford since before getting out of the military And I can tell you that the negative reviews do not fit this place at all It simply is the best apartment community in Rockford And I say community because that is exactly what it is Its safe very well maintained the maintenance as of May 2020 is the best it ever has been The current manager and assistant manager go above and beyond in order to keep this community and its residents safe and satisfied in all aspects They just installed a dog park the pool is always clean and well maintained They are handling the current pandemic implementations with respect and making everything as easy on the residents as they can And maintenance is still answering every call during this horrible pandemic It is a great place to live and I highly recommend it to everyone more ... hide ...

Have lived here almost 2 years now overall good place to live Rent is a little steep but they are one of the few places in Rockford that will let you have 2 dogs that also offer attached garages I did have one issue where I ordered food via hello fre Have lived here almost 2 years now overall good place to live Rent is a little steep but they are one of the few places in Rockford that will let you have 2 dogs that also offer attached garages I did have one issue where I ordered food via hello fresh and they failed to tell me about it for more than a week but that issue seems to have been resolved For what you get its not an outlandish price and its a pretty quiet complex and close to a lot of things Overall they were really good to work with especially with all my schedule issues with move out and helping me get carpet cleaners in to satisfy my lease requirement and for a very reasonable price Overall this was a pretty good place to live and a good company to work with in the process Also to address the concerns that all they care about is money I found during my move out they were extremely reasonable with charges and I was only charged for things that were warranted They also give you a list of things to check ahead of time and I could have easily bought these things on my own if I had time stove drip pans etc more ... hide ...
