The place is ruined down, they can€™t keep it staffed and the nurse Carrie and administrator Erin don€™t care about who is living there, just that all the rooms are full. Thank god my grandma had family that would check on her amd when the neglect started we got her out of there. To show how much they don€™t care about the residents. They just got new furniture in the lobby and it should be there for residents and loved ones to sit on a visit with each other, but all the residents were told by Erin they could not sit in it or use it, it€™s for show and they don€™t want the new furniture recked. In 6 years that was the inly think I saw Plum Creek replace and the residents paying $4000 or more a month can€™t use.more ...hide ...
