They take great care of my mother who has copd Close to the Algonquin exit Stop by all the time easy to get to and take wonderful care of tenants

Do not put your loved ones here The place is ruined down they cant keep it staffed and the nurse Carrie and administrator Erin dont care about who is living there just that all the rooms are full Thank god my grandma had family that would check on he Do not put your loved ones here The place is ruined down they cant keep it staffed and the nurse Carrie and administrator Erin dont care about who is living there just that all the rooms are full Thank god my grandma had family that would check on her amd when the neglect started we got her out of there To show how much they dont care about the residents They just got new furniture in the lobby and it should be there for residents and loved ones to sit on a visit with each other but all the residents were told by Erin they could not sit in it or use it its for show and they dont want the new furniture recked In 6 years that was the inly think I saw Plum Creek replace and the residents paying 4000 or more a month cant use more ... hide ...

They Deny the residents the right to choose to come an go out of their apt They advise staff and family the residents cant leave their apt but just spoke to Kristen and Erin a week ago who advised they prefer the residents dont they but they can Talk They Deny the residents the right to choose to come an go out of their apt They advise staff and family the residents cant leave their apt but just spoke to Kristen and Erin a week ago who advised they prefer the residents dont they but they can Talked to Carrie the nurse on Saturday of also advised our grandmother could not leave her apt again not true The administrator is gone before 2pm everyday and has a lot of family emergencys so dont bother trying to get a hold of her The only good thing about the facility is my grandmothers apt other than that the facility is run down short staffed poor food and the nurses are unfriendly or helpful For the money they charge take your loved one elsewhere more ... hide ...
